Pat’s Pizza

I was recommended Pat’s Pizza by a co-worker and checked it out tonight. At 2679 North Lincoln Avenue I was pleased to see they deliver as far north as Foster. Their website had a few quotes about being the best thin crust in Chicago, so that’s what we went for. It was quite amazing and I’m already looking forward to the next time I eat there. The crust was flaky melted in your mouth, the sauce was tangy but not overbearing, and the toppings were just the right amount on a solid bed of tasty cheese. Almost a thin crust version of Pompei’s.
