Apart Pizza

I got recommended Apart Pizza by renaissance man b-boy Danger, one half of Spatial Interventions. Delivery from 2205 W Montrose was prompt for our tricolore pizza and it was quite good. The neopolitan thin-crust was a little floppy in the middle but crispy at the edge, which I didn’t mind but noticed. Cheese and toppings were tasty, and hit the Italian flavoring on the head and I found myself really enjoying it with some hot sauce added. Overall I liked it, but funnily enough when I talked to Danger about it, he mentioned he didn’t like it the second time ‘round. Guess they have consistency probs, but I recommend peeping it if you’re walking by in the area looking for pizza.
