So after trying the slice at The Beat Kitchen, I needed another, and Santullos was near by. The spot was recommended by a wedding client a while back so it was good to finally try it. They give fairly large slices, but were stingy on the pepperoni for mine (it was a busy day for them…). I liked it a lot though - the sauce was flavorful and cheese was greased up. The crust was really thin and floppy which made it easy to fold which really brought the whole package together. Good NYC style pizza that I’ll keep it in mind next time I’m back in Wicker Park.
